This programme gives individuals the insights and the tools required to manage change effectively and successfully. Different approaches to change are identified and linked to a simple change model. This programme introduces line managers to the skill and the art of coaching. It teaches them how to use coaching methods that meet individual performance improvement needs. The Achievement Network Africa Trading as The Achievement Process Africa is a Recorded Provider with the Services SETA, REC 417. This means that the Services SETA have conducted an audit and found that the learning programmes offered by The Achievement Process Africa meet the standards required of the Services SETA. The learning outcomes all address outcomes-based-education and the assessment process within offers constructive feedback to the learner to enable them to exit the learning having gained embedded knowledge.

The Achievement Process applications and The Bridge programme are able to be included in your work place skills plan and annual training reports and The Achievement Process Africa's training can be claimed back as part of the skills levy rebate.
